Welcome to The Dutch House in York

The Dutch House is a listed building believed to be York’s Oldest Brick built house dating from 1648 and is one of York’s finest historical private residences, which has recently been sympathetically renovated.

The Dutch House is in the street of Ogleforth to the rear of York Minster and adjacent to Chapter House Street, where the Romans marched into York.

The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and furnished to an exceptionally high standard, with underfloor heating throughout. This is a luxurious two double-bedroom house with individual ensuite facilities, comprising of a fully equipped handmade kitchen and open plan lounge which  offers a very sociable room.

Many of Yorks attractions are located on your doorstep from Theatres, restuarants , designer shopping and places of interest.
